About Me

My yoga journey started more than ten years ago as a way to gain flexibility and improve balance. I soon came to love the challenge of practice, but its true aim, focused in going inwards, took over in my practice.

In 2020 I completed 200-hour Ashtanga-Vinyasa yoga teacher training. This helped deepen the knowledge of yoga practice and meaning on and off the mat, and my ability to share it with others.

Since then, I have been teaching and practicing, and I have further deepened my knowledge by obtaining teacher trainings in Children’s Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Sacred Sound and Ceremony.

I have also become a mum of Mila (2022) and Luca (2024).

Currently, I offer Restorative yoga, and Children’s yoga at Dragonfly Yoga Studio in Sydenham, and create wellbeing workshops and family retreats in the UK.

My classes focus on both physical and mental wellbeing, emphasizing yoga on and off the mat, aiming to use it in our day to day.

I offer yoga to children as I believe it is important to show the power of yoga and its benefits, such as improved strength, flexibility, concentration and emotional regulation at an early age, building skills for life.
