what a Friday to Sunday Retreat could look like…

…arriving at the venue and feeling relaxed and at ease. Starting the weekend retreat with a welcome circle as an opportunity to transition into a state of openness, presence, and connection, to then have some free time to discover the venue’s outdoor and indoor spaces.

Gathering for a restorative Yin & Sound session for everyone who wants to join at the Big Barn, followed by a delicious plant-based dinner.

Finishing the day with games and stories at the Big Barn or just relaxing and enjoying free time at the venue.

An early start of the day Saturday with a meditation practice outdoors, with the sound of the birds and the nearby water, followed by a delicious plant-based breakfast with the community.

The children will then enjoy a forest school adventure outdoors, while adults will have the option to join a dynamic yoga flow at the Big Barn.

Lunch will follow, and more free time for walks or wild swimming, or rest or play or connect.

A Yin & Sound session for adults only will take place with Forest School childcare.

Some more free time, followed by kids yoga before dinner is served. There will also be a gathering around the fire pit (weather permitting) for stories and marshmallows or games and stories at the Big Barn.

Sunday starting with the option to meditate outdoors, followed by a delicious plant-based breakfast and family yoga to connect and a farewell circle before departure.

What is included

We ask that babies under 2 years old require 1:1 childcare (not included)
